Zinc

We are supplying all forms and qualities of Zinc Metal from Istanbul, Ankara and Mersin for our clients.

Zinc, highly resistant to corrosion, is mostly used to galvanize other metals, commonly iron, to prevent rusting and extend the lifetime of steel. Another usage of it to produce diecasting for industries mainly in the hardware, electronic components, automobile, electrical equipments.

Zamak

Zamak is a base metal of zinc. Common uses are automobile components, construction, electricity, electronics, sports and decoration items, clothing, bags and telephony, amongst others. Zamak 3 and 5 are mostly used in die casting. Advantages of zinc die-casting are stability, more casting tolerance, and electrical conductivity. Die-casting parts we use in our daily life are zippers, handles, wheel balancing weights..etc.

Lead

Lead is important for the automotive industry due to its high electrical conductivity. Almost %80 usages of lead is in car batteries. Lead is denser than most other materials. It has the ability to absorb vibration and it makes a shield against radiation, for example in X-ray machines. Pigments, cable sheathing, radiation protection, weight belts for diving and ammunition are areas where lead is commonly used.

Copper Cathode

Copper's electrical and heat conductivity is extremely high. Almost 60 per cent of copper is used to generate and conduct electricity. It has been one of the metals used to make coins. Its machinability is one of the benefits and it makes copper capable of being shaped or bent. Copper cathode is mostly used in wire, cable and transformer industries.

Aluminium

Aluminium is mostly used as an alloy due to its low density. Other properties are corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, reflectivity and strength at low temperatures. Metallic antimony is an alloy with lead and tin. It increases hardness and mechanical strength. The largest use in lead-acid batteries, cable covering and microelectronics. Antimony forms inorganic and metal-organic compounds. These are used as pigments, head and radiation stabilizers for plastics and catalyst precursors.

Antimony Trioxide

Antimony Trioxide is an inorganic compound and in nature can be found as the minerals valentinite and senarmontite. Antimony Trioxide is mostly used with halides helping to form less flammable chars.

Silicon

Silicon is mostly used to make alloys with aluminium and iron. The usage is to make dynamos, engine blocks, cylinder heads and machine tools.

The other heard use is silicones which is a synthetic substance. In some cosmetic products, silicone oil is used as a lubricant.

Silver

Silver is quite soft, shiny metal and is the best conductor of heat, and electricity of any metal. While it is used mainly in electricity industries such as for high-capacity batteries, and electrical contacts, another important industry that uses Silver is jewellery.
